Our story
One vintage cream truck, a lot of bright green in a cup.
Kita is the name behind the truck — and the hands behind every cup. Each drink is whisked by hand with stone-ground matcha from family farms in Uji and Kagoshima.
House-made syrups, never anything artificial. No shortcuts. Just slow ritual on a sunny Florida sidewalk.
